Hi! I’m Alicia. I graduated from my massage therapy program in 2020 with nearly 2500 hours of formal education and clinical training. Soon after graduation my family and I relocated to Costa Rica where I spent close to 2 years running my own mobile massage therapy practice.
I am trained in a range of techniques including deep tissue, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, scar tissue treatment, facilitated stretching, range of motion, sports massage and trigger point therapy. I also have an additional certification in prenatal massage. A few life-changing experiences—as both a competitive and national team softball player, and as a mom—have fueled my passion for helping people feel their best and truly understand how the body heals and functions.

Lloyd graduated from the Grant MacEwan College Massage Therapy program in 2002 and is a member of the Massage Therapist Association of Alberta.
Lloyd graduated from the National Manual Osteopathic College in 2018 with a Diploma for Manual Osteopathy and has the first two levels of CranioSacral Therapy from the Upledger Institute.
Lloyd believes that massage therapy should be seen as a tool that everybody should use to prevent pain and injury and maintain a healthier lifestyle, not just as a quick fix for pain and injuries. He also believes that a therapeutic or deep tissue massage can be relaxing and doesn’t necessarily need to be painful.
Manual Osteopathy, which gently treats the body as a whole instead of individual symptoms, allows Lloyd to continue on his path of gently guiding and correcting the body towards less pain and better health.
When Lloyd isn’t working or spending time with his wife, son and daughter, he enjoys playing trombone with the Festival City Winds. 3D printing or relaxing with a good book.

Hello, my name is Stephanie Cruz and I graduated from the MacEwan University
massage therapy program in 2006. After working for 4 years as a Massage Therapist I returned
to school to get my nursing degree. I worked for 5 years as a nurse then took some time to be a
stay-at-home mom. Throughout that time I kept up with my massage skills, and my passion for
massage and healing has always remained with me. I am so happy to return to the profession I
love. I am qualified in therapeutic and relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, prenatal
massage, lymphatic drainage, and chair massage. I enjoy working with clients to improve a
specific muscular concern. Through my yoga practice I have also become aware of how much
stress and anxiety can decrease muscular health. I look forward to working with clients to
improve not only their physical well-being, but also their mental well-being.
In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with my family, reading, baking, swimming,
traveling to the mountains or anywhere warm, and taking yoga classes. I look forward to
meeting you!
