Thanks for choosing REVIVE!

Please take a moment to check your email and complete your online intake forms before your appointment. If you are an existing client and received an email requesting you fill out forms, it’s because we currently don’t have them on file and need them completed.

If you prefer to fill them out in the clinic, please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment.

What if I am sick the day of my massage?

Please call us as soon as possible to cancel your appointment. If it’s after hours, leave a message. While we appreciate email cancellations, they are not considered official notification, as we don’t check emails frequently.

Your well-being is important to us, and we understand the need to stay home when you’re sick. However, we do have a cancellation policy:

• 24-hour notice: No charge

• More than 2 hours notice: Half the treatment fee (unless we can fill the spot)

• Less than 2 hours notice: Full treatment fee (again, waived if we can fill the spot)

If you provide a doctor’s note, we will gladly waive the fee. Please don’t feel pressured to “power through” your appointment; your health and the health of our therapists matter. We appreciate your understanding!

As part of our cancellation policy, we require the collection of credit card information for all appointments. This measure is necessary due to the increase in no-shows without this information.

Rest assured, we are SSL compliant and have passed the same security protocols as major companies like Amazon, airlines, and hotels.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Massage Therapy

Massage is the manipulation of the body's soft tissues. Massage techniques are commonly applied with hands, fingers, elbows, forearms, or a device - such as silicon or glass cups. The purpose of massage is generally for the treatment of body stress or pain.

Prenatal Massage

A prenatal massage may help alleviate some of the discomforts of pregnancy while providing a sense of relaxation. The unique needs of each pregnant woman will determine the type of bodywork that is used during a pregnancy massage. These needs—which can be hormonal, emotional, and physical—will change throughout the pregnancy. A prenatal massage primarily makes use of the gentle Swedish massag... Read More

The unique needs of each pregnant woman will determine the type of bodywork that is used during a pregnancy massage. These needs—which can be hormonal, emotional, and physical—will change throughout the pregnancy. A prenatal massage primarily makes use of the gentle Swedish massage techniques, which provide muscle relaxation to the entire body.

Manual Osteopathy

Manual Osteopathy use a variety of techniques to address imbalances in the body, from a whole body perspective. This includes treating muscles, bones, joints and fascia through the soft tissues of the body to achieve and maintain structural balance and health.

Myofascial Cupping

There are several surported benefits of cupping that include reduced pain, muscle tightness and inflammation, improved blood flow (circulation) and increased range of motion. The suction in the cups creates a negative pressure environment allowing for myofascial decompression as the skin is drawn into the cups. While massage therapy uses direct pressure to release tension, cupping uses negative pressure to lift the muscle fibers and draw blood to the area.
Dry cupping uses a pumping method to draw the skin tissue inside the cup. The subcutaneous tissue (the bottom layer of your skin) is pulled into the cups and held in place for a small amount of time—anywhere from 5 minutes to 15 minutes. With dry cupping, the cups can slide across the skin (dynamic) or remain in place (static).

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Manual Lymph Drainage, or MLD, is a gentle skin massage that helps move extra fluid from an area that is swollen (or is at risk of becoming swollen), into an area where the lymph nodes are working properly. This is done by stimulating contractions of lymphatic vessels.

Having your Bars run tends to be a relaxing and nurturing process. What is most often reported is that there is a sense of deep relaxation. Many people go to sleep – even in a very noisy environment. Some people have images come to them, others see colors, or feel sensations in their bodies such as buzzing, tingling, warmth, twitches or shivers.

Everyone is different so there is no “normal” Access Bars Session. Each session will be different, every time, even if you repeat with the same person. The best way to find out what Access Bars will be like for you is to try it for yourself!

Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and heal... Read More

If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."
A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. It is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.

Shiatsu

Shiatsu is a form of massage that utilizes the hands, thumb, or other body parts, to apply direct pressure on various points or channels in the body. It is performed through loose clothing and does not use oils. Shiatsu is a modified form of acupressure, a massage therapy that involves pressing specific points in the body to reduce tension and fatigue by improving blood and lymphatic circulation.

Reflexology

Reflexology is based on the idea that the glands, organs, and parts of the body are reflected in specific reflex areas on the hands, feet, and ears. Applying pressure to these specific points can reduce pain and anxiety and promote circulation, relaxation, and healing in the body

Fire Cupping

Fire cupping, which uses glass suction cups and a live fire to create suction on the skin, is an alternative, non-invasive treatment technique that uses special cups placed on the skin to encourage blood flow to damaged areas. This unique therapy is often recommended to patients who suffer from muscular pain, joint pain, skin problems, and/or respiratory disorders.

Hello and welcome to Revive! My journey began in 2015, and I haven’t looked back since. After graduating from Vicars School of Massage in 2012, I was honored to be asked to become an instructor shortly after. Over the next decade, I had the privilege of teaching Anatomy, Physiology, and hands-on massage, guiding and inspiring new therapists along the way.

The path to REVIVE has been filled with growth and excitement. It was my students who inspired me to open a clinic, and that’s where it all began. From our humble beginnings with three therapists in four rooms offering yoga, we’ve grown into a thriving team of 20 skilled professionals offering a wide variety of modalities across six treatment rooms!

Our team is a diverse and talented group, all working together to create personalized treatment plans that prioritize client care above all else. As for me, I currently maintain a small client base, having navigated my own journey through injury and recovery a few times over the years.

If you’d like to book an appointment with me, please call the clinic and ask for my contact information.
